Current Openings

The City is currently accepting applications for the following openings on our City Boards/Commissions .

  • Anoka Charter Commission - 3 positions, 4 year terms
    • Must be a resident of the City of Anoka
  • Economic Development Commission - 1 position, 2 year term
    • Residency is not required.  Members must be those, who in the judgement of the City Council, are representative of the community and are qualified by training and experience and interest useful for the fulfillment of the commission's responsibility in economic development
  • Parking Advisory Board  - 2 positions,  3 year terms 
    • Must be a resident, property owner, or rent office/commercial/industrial property in the City of Anoka.

APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME.  THEY WILL BE PRESENTED FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION AS THEY ARE RECEIVED.   THESES POSITIONS REMAIN OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
